GESTIN was founded in 2017. The team is composed by several members with different skills and previous working experiences with a common professional experience grown up into an AFC department. Gestin members have worked together for more than 10 years in a listed company owned by an important publishing Group. During this long period working together the team had the opportunity to manage several M&A transactions getting a complete working experience and professional autonomy.

The Gestin IDEA was inspired by the opportunity to keep together these skills, developed over many years, to share them with new and dynamic companies.

GESTIN is managed by Elena Casali, founder and CEO.

After several years in PriceWaterhouseCoopers, she continued her career in  industrial groups.

From 2005 to 2017 she worked in a publishing company as managing director where she held executive role in accounting and administration, finance and control with also corporate affairs responsibility of a stock market listed Company.

 From the beginning of 2020, Antonella Massa (general accounting, treasury and finance) and Gaetana Saponara (management control, reporting package, budget) joined the corporate structure.

Gestin in 2018 participated in the Public Call for the promotion of innovative female entrepreneurship in the territory of the Municipality of San Lazzaro di Savena, winning, thanks to the presentation of a structured business plan, the assignment of dedicated premises by the Municipality of San Lazzaro di Savena (which later became the operational headquarters of the Company), as a business incubator, for the development of innovative start-ups.
